This is the chosen trend we are designing for, the vibrant colours and the clashing prints will fit with the style of Marc by Marc Jacobs. These garments are folded, tucked and cinched to fit and function to create this mismatched separates as a whole with a subtle scavenger, boho, folk finish.

Application of design

New module brief was given today! Quite excited gives us the choice to work as part of a design team with my peers :-)
Off on a trip to selfridges 2moro in Manchester to look at current trends and pieces of Marc by Marc Jacobs as thats who we are designing for and look also at competiors.
I am going to be designing for casual tailoring as my range from the collection.

My finial design made and finish :-) I designed for zara SS 11, a tailored dress with 3 panel design, short tuck sleeves and a flared skirt with a concealed zip down the center back.
